AlliedMachinery implemented ERP system(enterprise resources planning) from 2008, which is system can re-organize every information from purchasing, production, warehousing, and distribution all in one central server.  

The biggest advantage of ERP system is information sharing, which directly reduced the limitation of communication. Traditionally, we use cell-phone or internal Kanban to deliver the message. It's low effective and might be delayed. The ERP achieved internal information up-to-date in Allied Machinery.

For next ten years, AlliedMachinery would like to integrate CRP(Capacity Requirement Planning) into our ERP system and achieve extreme value added for each member of the supply chain.
